PJ018 Here Comes Santa Claus

This Santa mold was designed expressly for Christmas fun and has 13 molds in it.

Both the Santa and Christmas tree make nice pins, package trims or ornaments.

Jewelry can be created using many of the molded parts. The stockings are right and left for earrings.

Below is a Materials List to make the project.

 Free step by step instructions are included with the mold to make a Santa note holder on a glitter star background. The clip is a tiny clip clothespin. 

The instructions that come with this polymer clay mold are “How to make Santa Note Holder Magnet with a Star Background”.

Materials Needed:

•Flexible Art Mold PJ018 Here Comes Santa Claus

•Polymer clay colors: We used Super Sculpey or other flesh color and Silver.
 

•Mold Release Agent: Talcum powder or spray bottle to mist mold with water.

•Acrylic paint Colors: Red, Green, Black, Blue, Silver & White.

•Glue: Strong glue like E-6000®

•Mica Powder for the tree lights: We used Pearl Ex® Flamingo Pink, Turquoise, Brilliant Yellow, Spring Green, and Sparkle Gold. (Use standard precautions when using a powdered material.)

•Wire: Approx. 12 inches of 22 or 24 gauge green wire.

•Micro Glitter for the Star – Multi color or Silver.

•Varnish recommended by the clay manufacturer.

•Miniature Clip Clothespin: Available at many Hobby and Craft stores.

•Magnet: Approx. 3 to 4 inches of 1” wide strip with adhesive back.

•Exacto Knife: with #11 Blade or thin, sharp knife.

•Brushes: Small brushes for applying the mica powder and for varnishing.

Roller or Brayer to flatten the clay.

•Wood shape: Small precut wood star approx. 3.25”.

•Optional: If you prefer to mold the Santa and lights using colored clay, you will need: •Polymer Clay Colors: Color of your choice for flesh, White, Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, and Black. •Acrylic Paint: Silver, Blue, & Pink.

•Optional: Pasta maker to condition the clay and flatten the clay for the star
